What sits on my bookshelf or in my e-book stash changes constantly. I borrow from Hoopla, the library, and am digging out books I have purchased over the years. I love to find out what people are reading, the words we fill our heads and hearts with makes an impact on us. It’s a bit of a window into people’s lives. So, here’s a peak into mine.

I have had this Bible companion, along with others on my desk. I love to look over and see more about the context or meaning of the Bible verses I am reading. It is simple and easy to use.
I’m pulling out this book again. I mean who can read a book on parenting and think they have mastered it. I recommend it!
I can’t remember where I heard about this book. Staying home, changing our budget and sacrificing to be around for our kids, I was interested in the tagline. I’ll let you know what I think.
Paul and I prayed through these books the other year. It’s not as much about the books as it is the daily time set aside to pray for one another specifically and with focus. I am picking it up again. Some of my favorite times was drinking our coffee in the morning before work and praying aloud over one another.
Eliana and I just read this aloud. We are going to be checking out the others in the Twin Series as well. I am a historical fiction fan. I like to learn about history, and learn best when it is woven through a story. She begged to read ahead last night, until we completed it. It does bring up WWII, so, watch out for younger, sensitive ears.
